We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including answering phones, customer support, client account management, and other general office duties.
Additional responsibilites of the Office Assistant include keeping lobby, parent viewing areas, and restrooms presentable.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Organize and maintain paperwork.
Assist in client account management.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Maintain presentable office, restroom, and lobby spaces.
Be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
The shift is 3:
30pm-7:
30pm Monday-Thursday.
