Responsibilities:
Assist with residential and commercial real estate transactions; assist with the preparation, filing and service of pleadings; act as liaison among all parties including court, clients and opposing counsel for scheduling and sharing information; organize and manage large document productions; coordinate the collection, review and production of documents and respond to discovery requests; assist with trial, hearing and deposition preparation.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred but experience may serve as a substitute; Paralegal certificate preferred but experience may serve as a substitute; 2-3 years of significant and substantive litigation and/or real estate experience in a law firm setting; experience managing medium to large-scale document productions; proficiency with case management software and word processing and spreadsheet software.
