The ideal candidate is a versatile professional with expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and appliance repair.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
1.
HVAC Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate with external vendors for complex HVAC repairs and installations.
2.
Plumbing:
- Address plumbing concerns, including leaks, clogs, and pipe repairs.
- Install and maintain plumbing systems as needed.
3.
Electrical Systems:
- Conduct electrical repairs and installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform regular inspections.
4.
Carpentry:
- Undertake carpentry work for repairs and renovations.
- Install and maintain doors, windows, and other structural elements.
5.
Appliance Repair:
- Diagnose and repair issues with various household appliances.
- Perform preventive maintenance on appliances to extend their lifespan.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in an apartment or similar residential setting.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and appliance repair.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical stamina and flexibility to handle various tasks and responsibilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
