We are looking for vendors with experience in the following areas:
#Have a On Time Completion Rate of 90% and receive a bonus of $150 - NO CONDITIONS ONLY MONEY #Also, more rewards and bonuses based on work volume completion.
Payments Policy:
As part of our commitment to transparency and standardization, R&R Property Preservation ensures our contractors get paid weekly and on time with the exact number of work order calculations and amounts.
Furthermore, we offer competitive prices that are better than any other company on the market.
Most importantly, based on work quality and client satisfaction, the payment is often fast-tracked to 2-3 days in case of superior performance shown by the contractor.
Property preservation work may include but is not limited to:
# Trash-out # Inspections # Winterization # Lock Changes # Debris Removal # Lawn Maintenance # Snow Removal # Janitorial Services # Board-Ups # Bidding # Minor and Major Repairs # Completing Minor and Major Repairs # Electronic completion and Submission of documentation # Taking clear pictures.
