SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Works with small, detailed pieces to complete the assembly of frog baits Operates the package sealing machine and dipping machine, assisting in machine start-ups and shutdowns and performing basic adjustments and maintenance as needed Operates the digital printing machine, performing daily, weekly and monthly cleaning routines Ensures that bait is placed in the appropriate bag or plastic packaging Applies appropriate UPC stickers to the matching product Checks products to ensure quality and uniformity Maintains logs and records concerning production Ensures that workstation is kept in a clean and safe condition Follows safety guidelines and regulations Other duties as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Detail-oriented and consistent Reliable and able to work the required schedule Team-oriented and works well with others Basic ability in mathematics, reading, and writing EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE One year of previous assembly or packaging experience preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Prolonged periods of standing or sitting and performing repetitive tasks Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time Must have excellent hand-eye coordination Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products and operate machines as directed Job Type:
