2K a year Care givers are responsible for providing professional, compassionate, and quality care for Memory care and Assisted Living residents.
Caregivers will guide residents with inpaired memory through daily tasks, assisting them in managing their lives.
Care givers work side by side with our residents and their family to establish a schedule, and routine that preserves independence, and promotes the highest level of functioning possible for each residents.
Caregivers who work in Memory care cottages, will insure that care is truly resident-centered, and each memory care residents care plan outlines the unique goals for each resident.
When assigned as floater, you are responsible for all of the job dutied listed above.
The main difference is that you will work in both cottages.
When the nurse or PCC is on one side the floater will be on the other side, or wherever the most assistance is needed.
In some cases, a floater will be floating between buildings.
