Job duties include but not limited to:
Checking patients in with the correct paperwork, verifying insurance and pre authorizing treatment, collect and post payments from patients and insurance companies, answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, greet patients and communicate with them, etc.
Qualifications:
Understanding of dental insurance, the verification process and discussing financial arrangements Experience with Dentrix Attention to detail an strong verbal and written comunication skills Knowledge of Microsoft office Abilitly and willingness to create a positive, supportive environment for patients and team members Job Type:
