Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly - Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns - Learn about the products to be knowledgeable about products and provide exceptional service - Monitor inventory levels - Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the store is clean and organized - Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash register at the end of each shift Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain a Work Card from the State of Mississippi - this includes passing a background check - Previous experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred - Excellent communication skills - Proficient in basic math for cash handling purposes - Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a team - Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively Note:
