Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Houseman to join our team.
As a Hotel Houseman, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and inviting for our guests accross mutiple properties.
Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional hospitality will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests.
Duties:
- Empty trash bins and replace liners - Clean and sanitize common areas such as lobbies, hallways, ballroom and bathrooms - Transport laundry between properties - Perform deep cleaning tasks such as shampooing carpets and washing windows - Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed - Light maintenance - Assist night shift with after hours issues and security issues - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department - Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness, safety, and security
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license required - Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping is preferred but not required - Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to work well in a team environment Skills:
