Should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, job boards, and employee referrals.
Functions Must have experience with high-volume recruiting, shipbuilding recruiting preferred.
Will help lead the utilization of job boards, applicant tracking system and other resources to proactively source candidates Will lead and develop partnerships with client recruiters to achieve recruitment objectives while providing superior client service Screen and interview applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of open roles and have an in-depth understanding of associated duties and responsibilities Schedule interviews with qualified candidates and support hiring managers/candidates through the application process Ensure all required documentation/data is recorded in the applicant tracking system in a timely, accurate manner Manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment while meeting aggressive hiring timelines Create and maintain recruitment procedures, metrics, and tools to deliver an efficient, effective process and ensure positive hiring manager and candidate experiences Will support less experienced Recruiters with processes, time management, and training on the ATS Greet guests and visitors Send and manage email communications Assist in maintaining social media sites Must possess a strong work ethic, ability to multitask, positive attitude, and grit.
Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in Recruiting is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing an exceptional experience for hiring managers and candidates Strong candidate generation skills Working knowledge of MS Office and applicant tracking systems Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills Job Type:
