Job Description:
As the Co-Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing the profitability for one RaceTrac store.
You will continually deliver on RaceTrac's mission of making people's lives simpler and more enjoyable through friendly service, food execution, focusing on cleanliness, leading talent, and driving success.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED in progress or completed3-5 years of prior food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience; retail management experience preferred1
years management experience preferredPrevious experience working in high-volume, guest-focused, transactional environment preferredKnowledge and skills in analyzing profit and loss statements and overall financial performance of the storeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteProven knowledge of Labor Laws and staffing best practicesTakes initiativeCan lift up to 50 pounds and repeatedly bend, stand, and reach while on the jobMay be required to obtain and maintain food handler permit, based on local or state requirementsMay be required to obtain and maintain alcohol server permit, based on local or state requirementsAbout the Company:
