35 year old professional male seeking room mate. Recently moved to OS from Oxford for a coaching position. I am seeking another likeminded professional type. Basic background check would have to be passed, a copy of DL, proof of income, and a basic lease agreement. I will not consider any person without these basics. This protects both of us and hopefully shows I am not someone who would just allow anyone into my home. I respect my home and the people in it and demand the same. I strongly prefer a roommate near my age if at all possible. The home is furnished. You would be renting one of the three bedrooms and have full access to guest bathroom. The bedroom is semi-furnished and you will have the choice of either a twin bed or queen sized bed. A night stand is provided but the room also allows for you to bring in personal items as well. If something inside the room isn't to your liking, we can definitely discuss changing something. The living room and kitchen are shared spaces. Washer and dryer included. A regular sized vehicle will easily fit into the carport for parking. The home is located about one mile from the Ocean Springs downtown area on Government Street. It surrounds a small lake inside the Sweetgrass community. It is a safe community located on an inlet strip off the main highway. You can see OSHS Football Stadium from the home. The price of rent would be $700/month. This includes EVERYTHING - including high speed internet and all utilities. I am flexible on length of stay, but at least one full month is required as per local law. If you leave early, you are not entitled to reimbursement. I personally own a dog. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside or outside of the home. All local laws and HOA policies are the responsibility of the renter to follow. Available to next finder.
